Take Yourself Seriously

What you lust in life, you can achieve. I’m not speaking about lust when it comes to sexual desires, but lust for dreams, goals, & accomplishments. The problem with people is we count ourselves out before achieving our goals, we don’t take our dreams seriously, and more importantly we don’t take ourselves seriously. If you have a dream, believe in it and see yourself in it. Don’t take no for an answer and work as hard as you possibly can to make it happen. If you believe you dream is impossible to achieve, it’ll be impossible for you to achieve it. You have to believe that’s you’ll get there and be able to achieve it no matter how crazy it sounds. In life, you get a lot of no’s from insecure people who don’t want to see you make it or happier than them. Don’t let that stop you. Don’t let any type of no, failure, setback, or negativity set you back and discourage you from living your dream. You can do it. It all starts with taking yourself and your dream seriously though. Each day, do one thing that will get you one step closer to where you want to be. Whether big or small, keep the future in mind but create your present. The present is the only thing that matters in chasing dreams. So when you have moments when you’re dreaming away and questioning if you can do it, write that doubt down and hang it up on the wall, fridge, your mind, or anywhere you can see that… Use that negativity as motivation to push you farther. The greatest inventors didn’t live with complete positivity. They shaped negativity into positive motivation. What seems insignificant now can grow and manifest into a truly great and beautiful thing. Have faith in everything you do and achieve whatever it is you want.
